How to Turn Off or Disable Ping Feature in Apple iTunes

Most Booming part of internet is Social networking. Connecting People and Shrinking the world .To Survive in this Internet Virtual market Most emerging & established Firms targeted Social Networking. In this race Apple could not stop itself and has also started the networking feature under the name ‘Ping’ to their iTunes application. If you are not a music lover or who does not have time for music related stuff on iTunes but still use it to Share an App, Update Firmware Software or Transfer Apps, then here is a way to stop this feature.

In order to get started, Just open the iTunes software, Click Preferences option from the top options list under Edit > Preferences.

Next the preferences windows would show up. Click on the ‘Parental Control’ option and you will be shown with a list of features you can disable. Click on the ‘Ping’ option and then click on the OK button to confirm this.

The above option allows you to completely turn off the Ping feature for the iTunes application on your computer but if you are looking for alternative option is that you can disable ping for a single iTunes account. Click on the Store button followed by ‘View my Account’ where in you will be asked to login to your account. Once you enter your logins you would be next shown with all the account information details.
